Directions to spring up health and wellness

 We are located in beautiful Riceville, Tennessee 1.5 miles from Interstate 75.  We are located approximately halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville.  

If you are heading north on I-75, take exit 42 and turn right.  If you are heading south on I-75, take exit 42 and turn left.  Continue 1.5 miles to the stop sign and the property is directly ahead of you.  If you see the American Flags, that is your entrance! Carefully cross US Highway 11. 

The Hydration Spa has signage.  The building is immediately to your left up the stairs to the second level.

Our main level is under construction and is planned to be completed by June, 2025.
